Bengaluru South District had arranged a Workshop on Education in Human Values at BNM Degree College situated in Bsk 2nd Stage, Bengaluru on Saturday the 6th February 2016.
Sri Venkat Gosavi Sir, Vice President of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Karnataka inaugurated the programme with encouraging words to the students. After invocation by a student, Lighting of Jyothi was done by the guests. Principal Sri B N Srinivasa Rao Manay welcomed the guests and thanked the Sai Organisation for the programme in their college which would benefit their students. Sri V R Muralidhar, Convenor of Bsk 2nd Stage, Bengaluru Samithi introduced the speakers and other guests.
Sri K Umamaheshwara Rao spoke on Cultural Heritage of India and students were impressed with his talk.
Sri Udaya Dharmasthala gave a talk with a video show on Philosophy and Practice of Educare.
Sri K S Kallesh, youth coordinator of the District gave a Video presentation on Service activities of our Organisation. Smt. Saroja Krishnamurthy, Spiritual Coordinator of Padmanabhanagara Samithi explained in brief about Vidya Vahini project and opportunities available for the youth to participate in the same.
Sri R Krishnamurthy, Convenor of Padmanabhanagara Samithi proposed the Vote of thanks and the function concluded with singing of the National Anthem by all.
