SPOKEN ENGLISH CLASSES
Youth wing ladies and Bal Vikas teachers are making an excellent progress in conducting classes in the SSSVJ School, “Ambedkar Proudha Sala”,in Kodihalli in Bangalore Central District.
The Mahila youth members took the responsibility to teach spoken English to classes VII to X. The feedback was that the students enjoy these classes very much. Being typically Kannada medium students, their grasping is a bit slow. However they are picking up the nuances well and the progress is palpable.Our youth take these classes every Saturday.
BAL VIKAS CLASSES:
Our Bal Vikas teachers visit the school every Tuesday and take two hour Bal Vikas classes for Stds I toVII. The children are very enthusiastic in singing bhajans,chanting shlokas and listening to short stories from various epics like Ramayana and Mahabharatha, as well as moral stories.The teachers also cover topics on the human values and respect to parents and teachers. The children are also enlightened about the achievements of our Indian and Karnataka personalities and freedom fighters.The children are very fond of these classes and look forward for the arrival of our Gurus every Tuesday.
