Sai Ram. The Education Wing of Bangalore West District organised a unique Parenting Programme for the parents of the Bal Vikas Children of the district.
Close to 80 parents participated in an interactive session. Leading Child Psychologist Sri. B. R. Prasad of Parichay Foundation addressed the parents on the challenges faced by children and parents and gave practical tips on parenting.
There was also a Q & A session following the talk.
An alumnus of Balvikas,Ms. Namratha shekar gave a presentation on Blossoming of Human Excellence and the District President gave closing remarks during the conclusion.
Arathi and Prasadam were offered at the end of the programme.
Feed back forms were also collected from the parents to refine the programme in future.
