On 20th July,2017 Youth members of Bangalore central district organized a Medical camp at SSSVJ 13th Cross Govt school Malleshwaram.
Nearly 65 students of all grades from class 1 to class 7 attended this camp. On the previous day the youth members of the District collected blood samples of the school children to test the blood groups and Hemoglobin level.
During the camp physical statistics like Height, Weight and chest measurement have been noted down in the records. Awareness campaign on Dengue, Dental and Health Hygiene was carried out by our youth volunteers.
Out of 65 students, Nearly 31 students needed follow up special treatment on Skin, Dental, Eye, UTI. These will be carried out with the consent of their parents in the next camp
Three General physicians supported by 12 gents youth members and six mahila sevadal/youth participated in the medical camp.
A video presentation on Swami’s life and HIS mission was shown to all the students and staff.
Over all the camp was a great success and both service providers and recipients enjoyed the day’s activity.
