The auspicious festival of Maha Shivarathri was observed at Sai Gitanjali, JP Nagar with 12hrs Akhanda Bhajan starting on Friday 24th Feb 6pm till Saturday 25th Feb 2017 6am.
This is a South Bangalore district level program with all the samithi’s and bhajan mandali’s of this area participating throughout the night.
The program also included chamting of Linga ashtakam, 21 times Omkaram, Suprabhatam and Nagarsankirtan in the early morning of Saturday 25th Feb.
The attendance in this great event was 225 in the beginning and about 130 devotees at the conclusion of the program. For Nagarsankirtan nearly 70 devotees participated.
The program concluded with the offering of Maha Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan at 6 am and distribution of Prasadam.
