With the grace of Bhagawan, Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and meticulous planat Shri Sathya Sai Vidya Mandir School, Dharwad . The day’s programme started with Bhagawan’s Bhajans followed by brief explanation about the history of great leader Chacha Nehru. The special, child friendly and attractive things such as toy pencils, different animals shape erasure and sweets were distributed to all the students.
In order to see cheerful and smiling faces of our children on their day, Pre-primary kids were taken to the historical Kittur Rani Chennamma Park, Dharwad. It was joyful situation to observe inquisitive expressions of kids while watching natural and models of birds, animals, flowering plants and trees in the garden. They also enjoyed playing with outdoor equipments.
Primary students were taken to the Nectar Beverages PVT.LTD Plant situated at Dharwad. Students were informed about the preparation of soft drinks. All kids enjoyed having cold drinks. At the same time merits and demerits of consuming carbonated cold drinks were explained.
The school premises captivated with colorful tents, toys, balloons etc made children cheerful and lively. Teachers also entertained them wearing cartoon and animal masks. Totally it was informative and fun filled day.
