As a part of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Jyothi program, CARE FOR GIRL CHILD was conducted at Rayasandra govt school, Bengaluru South on 24 February 2019.
Lady doctors (dermatologist and gynaecologist) counselled the girl students of class 4 to 7 and their mothers on personal and general hygiene, menstrual hygiene, good and bad touch. All the girl students and their mothers were examined by the doctors in the mobile clinic van.Iron and calcium supplement tablets were given to the mothers and some students.
All the girl students were given a health kit containing tooth brush, tooth paste, dettol soap, sanitary napkins, anti lice shampoo. Sai Protein laddoos were distributed to all as Prasada.
